Principal Consultant, Technical Content Management
Job responsibilities:
Ideate and create different product documentations including user manuals, how-to guides, cheat sheets and instruction handbooks.
Ideate and create different marketing collateral documentations including use cases, case studies, white papers, references, website content, brochures, data sheets and presentations.
Design and develop PDF-based and online-based documents for help, knowledge base and FAQs for internal external audience.
Design and implement new learning tools or knowledge dissemination tools to promote products in the target markets.
Write search engine optimized (SEO) content for website and media in terms of articles, blogs, press releases and forum posts.
Job requirements:
Should be able to research, design, illustrate, write, revise and edit high quality and user-friendly print and online documentation for end users.
Should be able to analyze functional and technical specifications of products and understand the documentations required for them.
Should be able to excel in cross functional team environment.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Should have attention to detail and positive attitude under stress.
Should be creative, self-motivated and excellence-driven with an ability to drive a team

Professional qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Content Writing, preferably in the IT / Technology sector
